Beach Bar Boycott – Let’s keep beaches public

Please, before the Council Consultation about bar and eatery commercial premises on the beach at Kurrawa, Broadbeach, Gold Coast closes on July 4, let the GCC Council know that you do not want commerce, eateries, liquor sales, and private profit infrastructure on our beaches.

The TPA strongly believes that Gold Coast beaches should remain public places free from profiteering. Such developments can lead to the loss of biodiversity and threaten turtle nesting sites which have been evident at the location of the proposed beach bar.

Help us by signing the petition at the below link and including whatever points you like about why this should not go ahead.
